The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ laid down the permanent principles for the organization and formation of the Islamic state, on which the foundations of modern states are still based. Those principles are as follows:
• The rule and practice of law
• The formation of citizenship and nationality
• The protection of the state and its security
In the fifth chapter of the book, these principles are explained in detail, and the principles derived from the Constitution of Medina are compared and contrasted with modern constitutions. This proves that the system of government given by the Prophet of the End of Time a is superior to the systems of government of the modern era.
