I thank Almighty Allah and His Beloved Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) for giving me strength and ability to accomplish this work successfully. This work is my PhD dissertation which I submitted in June 2012 in total fulfilment of the requirements of the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in School of International Business, Faculty of Business and Law, Victoria University Melbourne, Australia.

This research work analyses the trade flows among the newly liberated Central Asian States including Pakistan, Iran and Turkey. This provides the guidelines and basis for further work for the establishment of Muslim Commonwealth among 56 Muslim countries. An unprecedented step in this direction, this research is now presented in the form of a book.
